Response of Wine Grape Quality to Rainfall, Temperature, and Soil Properties in Hexi Corridor

This study aimed to clarify the relationship between grape ( Vitis vinifera L.) quality and environmental factors (climate soil), elucidate theoretical basis provide technical guidance for rational planning of cultivation area precise regulation mode in future. The fruits three different cultivars, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Vidal, as well soil samples meteorological data were collected from wine growing areas (Wuwei, Zhangye, Jiayuguan) Hexi Corridor, Northwest China.
